Checks a German invoice (Rechnung) for the ten mandatory details of § 14 (4) UStG, the German VAT act, from caller-supplied invoice text. If a total up to 250 EUR is detectable, the small-amount simplifications (Kleinbetragsrechnung, § 33 UStDV) apply and dispensable details come back as not_applicable, not as a defect. Also states whether a structured e-invoice format (XRechnung/CII, UBL, ZUGFeRD) is present: a format finding only, no claim about any duty or deadline. No tax advice.Overview
