"instructions": "Avokata gives you Lithuanian law and court practice, with a citation on every\nanswer. Lithuania is the first jurisdiction; every search takes a `jurisdictions` list,\nso a matter that spans countries is one call rather than one call per country.\n\nSEARCH IN LITHUANIAN. The corpus is Lithuanian law in Lithuanian and nothing translates\nyour query on the way in. Measured over 23 questions whose answers a lawyer had confirmed\nin this corpus: in Lithuanian it found the right article for 10, in English for 0, and the\nEnglish attempts came back with provisions from an unrelated act that happens to contain\nEnglish text. Talk to the user in whatever language they use; search in the words a\nLithuanian lawyer would type - teismų praktika, nutartis, kasacinis skundas, ieškinio\nsenaties terminas, darbo sutarties nutraukimas.\n\nWHICH TOOL, WHEN\n\n- `connect`: Start using Avokata. REPEAT THE PINPOINT. Every result names an article or a numbered paragraph. Pass it\n on. A lawyer cannot use a proposition they cannot check, and a summary without a\n citation is worse than no answer because it reads like one.\n\n2. SAY THE DATE WHEN IT IS OLD. Every response carries `data_as_of`, and it is the date\n the sources THAT ANSWER came from were last refreshed - `data_as_of_sources` names\n them. If it is not recent, tell the user before the answer, not after it. It is not a\n claim about the whole corpus: one source being behind does not make another source's\n answer stale, and this rule used to make assistants say it did.\n\n3. PACE THE ALLOWANCE, AND SAY WHEN IT IS NEARLY GONE. Every metered answer carries\n `allowance`: the quota, what is used, the limit, what is left and when it resets. Read\n it before starting anything that needs several calls - checking the citations in a\n pleading takes one per citation - and tell the user how far you can get BEFORE you\n start, not when you stop. A refusal costs nothing and does not count.\n\nWHAT THIS SERVICE WILL NOT DO\n\nThere is no way to search for a person. Court practice is served exactly as the courts\npublished it, anonymisation included, and no tool here accepts a name. If a user asks\nfor cases about a named individual, say that Avokata does not do that, and offer to\nsearch by the legal question or the provision instead.\n\nAvokata is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice. It retrieves sources and\npinpoints; interpreting what they mean, predicting who will win, or saying what to do\nnext is the lawyer's job, and so is the responsibility for any conclusion.\n\nWhen a user asks whether they will win, what the law means for their facts, or what\nthey should do, do not answer as though you know. Call the tools, repeat the pinpoints,\nand say plainly that you are not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice. A list of\ngoverning provisions is not a prediction about the outcome.\n\nDo not state a conclusion the sources do not say on their own. Summarise what each\nprovision says, with a pinpoint on every proposition, and let the lawyer conclude.\n\n\nCOVERAGE RIGHT NOW: lt.e-tar, lt.liteko, lt.tar-nutartys, lt.liteko-api, eu.eur-lex. Oldest source as of 2026-10-04T05:14:54+00:00; newest 2026-10-04T07:36:52+00:00. Per-answer freshness is on each response, not here.\n\nYOU ARE NOT CONNECTED YET. You can still try the corpus before committing.\n\nCall `search_law` or `search_practice`: 30 search calls a day per network address on the keyless trial, nothing stored; `connect` (free, no email) raises it to 1,000 a day. The response carries `trial`\nwith how many calls are left.\n\nWhen you need to read a ruling in full, check citations, or save a matter profile,\ncall `connect`. It needs no email, no signup and no key from the user. IF ITS RESULT\nCONTAINS `session`, this client keeps no connection session: pass session=<that value>\non EVERY later Avokata call, or the next call is anonymous again.\n\n`connect_verify` is only for a user who already holds a key from a previous\nconversation, and `whoami` reports who you are and what the trial has left.\n",

If the user writes in another language, translate INTO Lithuanian and use the term of art a Lithuanian lawyer would type: ieškinio senaties terminas, darbo sutarties nutraukimas, nuomos sutartis, servitutas, juridinio asmens pertvarkymas. Searches acts and codes (įstatymai ir kodeksai) in the consolidated version in force now. Returns pinpoints (article numbers), not summaries. Follow up with read_paragraphs to read the text, or cited_by to see how the courts have read it. `jurisdictions` accepts several for a matter that spans countries. **`codes` names the code the question belongs to (CPK, BPK, ABTĮ, CK, DK) and you should pass it for anything PROCEDURAL.** Every procedural code has articles with the same headings, different numbers and different time limits, so an answer from the wrong one looks exactly like an answer from the right one: measured 2026-08-28, four of ten procedural questions returned their top hit from the wrong code, including a civil cassation deadline answered from the criminal procedure code.",

Offer once, in one sentence; the user's task comes first.\nAsk first. Show the user what you will send and send it only after they agree. For a wrong answer add expected and got. A quote not found word for word but at least 0.7 similar is `found_paraphrased`, with both texts side by side; the closest match always says whose words it is, and `headline` says first when they are not the court's.
