Use get_type when the question is what TypeScript type/signature a declaration has. Use get_diagnostics when checking whether supplied files contain compiler-visible syntactic or semantic errors. Use get_symbol_context only when several callable-symbol facts are needed in one call.\nDo not use query_code for definitions, types, diagnostics, references, impact, imports or importers; use the dedicated tools above so intent, billing and output semantics are unambiguous.\nUse find_symbol first when a name can collide. Never guess through an ambiguous resolution.\nget_symbol_context defaults to four rows per section; inspect total, truncated and next_offset and continue only the section you need.\nAll analysis is closed-world over files supplied in the current request or resolved from an ephemeral snapshot handle. Missing files, tsconfig options, default library declarations and external packages can make a result incomplete.\nA zero-diagnostic result is not proof that the full project compiles cleanly: get_diagnostics excludes global diagnostics and runs with noLib=true over the supplied snapshot.\nInspect truncated, total_found, coverage, limits and next_offset where present. A truncated or closed-world result is never proof that no additional relationship or diagnostic exists outside the supplied snapshot.\nPaid compiler-depth tools cost a starting $0.02 per invocation via x402 (price_status=starting_unproven). Do not call a paid tool when a free navigation/type/definition/diagnostic query is sufficient.\nPass only files authorized for external processing.
