If a call fails with a credit or rate limit (HTTP 429), call `get_billing_status`, then `create_credit_pack_checkout` so the user can add prepaid credits and continue. Once a credit pack has been bought once, `manage_auto_recharge` can turn on automatic recharging so future purchases no longer need a human — call it with no arguments to see the current state and recent attempts, including a manual payment link for any attempt that needed authentication or was declined.",
