Discovery answers include exact next calls. The full catalogue is /patterns/index.md, and `fetch` returns any public page by path. Every document is raw Markdown with YAML frontmatter, identical to the HTTP response. Nothing here ranks patterns: evidence attaches to a complete configuration on a stated workload, and none is published yet. A pattern, starter or formation read that returns a use ticket also returns a one-line instruction to report after applying it. `report_outcome` is a limited rollout: only for a read that returned a use ticket; without one, ignore it. Redeeming takes the ticket and `worked`, `partly` or `did_not_work`; the response returns indexed pitfalls, checks or a pairing suggestion when available.",
